A new build luxury7 storey mixed use development in Hoxton. Our client acquired the commercial element which is basement and ground floor space. We were tasked with providing a full fit out design which involved designing kitchens, open offices, meeting rooms, toilets, shower rooms, changing rooms and technology rooms. Extra careful design was needed to deal with the basement access to light, ventilation and drainage and other challenges were fire escape routes and disabled user accessThe specification was all at the highest quality and newest technology and the contractor did a fantastic job. The client was able to secure a leading award wining international fashion house to occupy the space.
