New build 8 bed house

A famous road in Chigwell with famous neighbours, this site originally had a modest mock Tudor style 4 bedroom house, but the client needed more space and so after a few design options it was agreed the best way to maximum the extensively large plot was to replace the existing house. The new house design is so large(900 sqm)that to put into perspective truly how big it is, the loft floor alone is 240 sqm. which is around the size of a 4 –5 bed house. The house contains many reception rooms such as a library, games, gym, office, media rooms, and all bedrooms have large en-suites. In addition to the house a large barbecue and garden storage room was erected. The contractor a local known for building on these exclusives roads only did a great job and within a super fast timescale of less than 12 months build time. We are extremely happy with the build and to be able to add to the rich architectural style of the famous Stradbroke Drive.
